Welcome to Rapid Repair Specialists, formerly Dornwell Panel and Paint. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, efficient cycle times and high-quality repairs. We are dedicated to making the entire process as convenient for our customers.

I have been in an accident, what do I do now?

  • In the event of an accident, you must stop. If there are injuries or property damage, the police must be called.
  • Remain calm and avoid arguments. Do not admit liability
  • Exchange names and addresses with the other parties and witnesses if any.
  • Call us on 09 625 4146 to arrange for towing assistance or advice.
  • Rapid Repair Specialists can assist with your insurance requirements,  assessments or provide assistance with your claim. You’re in good hands. If there’s anything at all you need, please don't hesitate to call.

We have loan vehicles available by appointment, to ensure you are not off the road while your vehicle is being repaired.
